If you’re looking for a relaxed mid-week boost, pop along to our Wednesday Well-Being sessions held every Wednesday from 12pm to 2pm. It’s a friendly space where you can take a break, meet new people and enjoy simple, tasty ideas like our “Healthy Pizza for Lunch” recipe.
Each week offers something a bit different, whether it’s easy meal ideas, small activities, or just a chance to unwind and chat. Everyone’s welcome, and you don’t need to book – just turn up and get involved.
