We’re pleased to share that a Citizens Advice Energy Advisor will be visiting Waste Not Want Not in Poole on the first Monday of every month, offering free, friendly support to anyone who needs help with their energy concerns.
The drop-in runs from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm at:

There’s no need to book – just pop in.
You can chat to the advisor about:
- Energy efficiency tips
- Billing questions
- Meter issues
- Supplier problems
- Prepayment meters
- Free CO monitors
It’s a chance to get clear, helpful advice in person, especially if you’re worried about rising costs or unsure where to start with your energy account.
